For over 20 years we have assisted clients in excess of 20 million gross square feet of projects, over 8,000 residential units, and over $1.5 billion dollars in real estate value.
With a commercial interest in a development and no immediate control over its construction, our team of professionals will monitor and advise on the process with the objective to protect the interests of the client and assist in consistency between your needs and expectations, the contract documents, and eventually, the constructed product.
